Live feed is sensitive to high temperatures. During hot weather, there is an increased risk that wax worms, mealworms and other live products may perish in transit.

We pack and dispatch orders with care, but we cannot control courier vans, depots, delivery delays or temperatures once your order has left us.

By ordering live feed during hot weather, you accept this risk.
